At Margaret River Uniting Church, we believe that life’s most significant moments are opportunities to connect with our community and deepen our faith. Whether you’re welcoming a new life, uniting in love, or honoring a loved one’s legacy, we’re here to support and guide you through these precious times.
Baptisms: We joyfully celebrate the arrival of new life with baptism services that welcome children and adults alike into our community of faith. Our baptisms are a time of celebration, prayer, and commitment to nurturing spiritual growth.
Weddings: We delight in helping couples prepare for their special day, offering a beautiful and meaningful setting for exchanging vows. Our wedding services are tailored to reflect your love and commitment to each other, and as a fully affirming church, we welcome all couples wishing to marry.
Funerals: In times of sorrow, we provide comfort and support. Our funeral services honor the lives of loved ones, celebrating their memories and offering hope in the midst of grief.
Our Minister in Placement, Rev. Craig Bosman is available to conduct these ceremonies at the Church or a location of your choosing, or you are welcome to use our facilities with a Celebrant of your choice.
Our Venue:
We are nestled in quiet Riverslea, only a minute from the Margaret River town site. Our location is surrounded by bushes and birds singing, giving a lovely outlook for your special occasion. If the weather is not favourable on the day, we have a covered drive through at the front doors to deliver guests to the venue dry and comfortable. Our worship space is warm and inviting and can comfortably seat 120 guests. We have the technology to play CD’s, DVD’s and project images or Powerpoint presentations on the screen, and we have a wonderful grand piano with a fantastic pianist who is available to be hired for wedding ceremonies.
