A small group of people from different denominations and non, meet on a Thursday at 1pm at the Uniting Church for a time of Christian Meditation. The World Community of Christian Meditation format is followed, which involves a short reading, 20 minutes silent meditation, followed by some music. No experience necessary as we are all learners!
